- Delivery times: Australia – Standard 7–13 business days, Express 5–11 business days. International – Standard 12–17 days, Express 10–15 days.
- Shipping costs: Free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available at checkout.
Which countries do we ship to?
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most of Europe, with free standard shipping.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Total delivery times (including processing) are:
- Australia – Standard (free): 7–13 business days
- Australia – Express (A$9.95): 5–11 business days
- International – Standard (free): 12–17 days
- International – Express (A$19.95): 10–15 days
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is always free. Express shipping is optional and is charged at checkout.
Order cancelling
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll confirm the cancellation with you.
Delayed orders
Please allow an extra two business days beyond the estimated delivery time, and use your tracking number to check your parcel’s progress. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong items, please contact us with your order number, photos of the issue and a short description of what’s wrong.
